TATTOO PERMIT

This permit authorizes and gives you the right to tattoo one of my existing original designs, which you can find on my website maximilieart.com or on my Instagram page @maximilieart (excluding custom orders and numbered visuals).

HOW TO PROCEED?

• Purchase the tattoo permit
• Contact me at maximilieart@gmail.com (or via the contact section) with a screenshot of the desired visual, as well as the tattoo permit order number.
• You will receive the signed tattoo permit and the high-definition visual within 3 business days.
• You can have it tattooed by the artist of your choice, and send me a nice photo of your tattoo once it's done!

IMPORTANT: This tattoo permit is valid for only one visual and for one person.
