Shipping

Shop items and custom orders are shipped internationally via Laposte Colissimo.

Poster Delivery:
Allow 2 to 4 business days for France, 2 to 8 business days for the EU, and 4 to 10 business days for international shipping. All posters are blister-packed. A2 formats are protected, rolled, and shipped in a 11 x 11 x 65 cm box. A3 formats are shipped flat in a 46 x 32 cm cardboard envelope. A4 and A5 formats are shipped flat in a 23 x 32 cm cardboard envelope.

Postcard Delivery:
Allow 1 to 2 business days for France, 2 to 4 business days for the EU, and 4 to 7 business days for international shipping. Postcards are shipped in A5 envelopes (10 x 21 cm).

Custom Order Delivery:
Allow 2 to 4 business days for France, 2 to 8 business days for the EU, and 4 to 10 business days for international shipping. Custom orders are protected with bubble wrap and shipped in a 10 x 10 x 90 or 120 cm box.

Returns and Exchanges

I only accept returns and exchanges in case of item damage during delivery, and only within France. If the package is damaged upon receipt, refuse it from the delivery person, then file a complaint with the Colissimo service.

If you accept the package, you can return it to me by printing a shipping label that will be sent to you after contacting maximilieart@gmail.com, and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Return your order using your own carrier.

 

Refund timeframe: once your package is received, I will fully refund you for the returned item(s) (minus shipping costs) using the original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed (please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to appear in your account.)
