On July 1, 2023, Adeline Hareng opened the "Seren" gallery (Welsh for "Star") in the heart of Carantec, taking over the former pearl workshop and boutique of Sylvie Branellec. Adeline Hareng has created a unique setting in this new gallery, an invitation to travel where jewelry, stones, kimonos, and silk velvet stoles coexist with the charcoal works of her daughter, Brest-based artist Maximilie. "I chose objects that resonate with my heart," enthuses the former sophrologist. Sylvie Branellec's pearls still have their place in this revamped location, which highlights fine stone jewelry, including necklaces made by Tibetan nuns.
