"Ocean Goddess" Exhibition

Dive into the mystical world of the ocean: Maximilie Hareng's OCEAN GODDESS exhibition

The sea, water, sacred femininity… These powerful themes intertwine in the new exhibition. From November 7, 2024, to January 7, 2025, her works will be displayed at the bistro of La Maison Blanche, a welcoming and iconic venue located opposite the beach of the same name in Brest. This exhibition will come to life in collaboration with this warm bistro—an artistic union that promises an immersive and poetic atmosphere.

As its name suggests, OCEAN GODDESS pays homage to the goddesses of the ocean, the forces of sacred femininity, and water, an essential source of life. Through her creations made with charcoal on colorful and satin backgrounds of watercolor from Breton seawater, Maximilie offers a sensitive and spiritual vision of our connection to the ocean. Visitors are invited to dive into a world that is both dreamlike and organic, where the sea becomes a space of transformation, strength, and gentleness.

This exhibition promises to be a sensory and meditative journey, perfect for lovers of the sea, art, and the sacred.
